It was a really good stay, pretty standard and convenient place. Everything was very good, including super-friendly and best staff. Enjoyed the room with breakfast, my bed was exceptionally comfortable. A hair dryer and bath sheets were very handy.

It made my trip to Aix-en-Provence a really enjoyable experience. I greatly enjoyed staying in this pretty standard and perfect hotel based in a functional building. The location was great and fantastic, within easy walking distance of a tree-lined boulevard. The rooms were well-appointed and functional.

Great and incredible location, it was next to tourist attractions, the pedestrian zone, and the nearby bustling Cours Mirabeau.

Our stay at Odalys was fantastic! The location was perfect, allowing us to walk to all the attractions in Aix-en-Provence. The room was spacious, with a convenient kitchenette that allowed us to prepare snacks. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The positive features of this hotel are definitely the luxurious rooms and the facilities that go with it. The location is also excellent.

The staff (depending on who was helping you) was a little incompetent at times. For example, I was over-charged at three times for as much as 78EUR. So make sure to double-check everything. One other thing I did not like was the fact that you had to pay for wifi (4EUR/day), the car park (12EUR/day). Those prices seem excessive, considering the price you already pay for the stay... Aside from this, great hotel!

The location is very good. A minute or two from two supermarkets and a street with some fancy bakeries, and about five minutes from the central area. The staff spoke English and were friendly, and the size and condition of the room was excellent for the price. Definitely recommended.

The nearby restaurant Alto Gusto is only 100 meters away, making it convenient for dining. The location of this place is perfect as it is close to everything we wanted to do. The free Wi-Fi in all rooms was acceptable. They also offer onsite parking.

Great location in very quite area, close enough to supermarkets, centre of Aix town and Aix-en-Provence. Standard studio with the smoke alarm, electric kettle, as example.

Situated within walking distance of the city center, it offers convenience and easy access to all the attractions. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service, ensuring a pleasant stay. The rooms are well-equipped with a TV and a small kitchenette, allowing guests to have some kitchen facilities. Additionally, the breakfast served, though not included, is a delicious start to the day.

The lack of heating in the room, which could be improved.

We had a great room and an ideal location for the side street exploring and sidewalk cafe centric experience we were looking for in Aix. I got the feeling their computer system was not working as intended while we were there, finally, we were pleasantly surprised to realize they end charged us significantly less than we booked it for, even though we didn't complain or ask for discounts. All the people we dealt with at the desk were nice, helpful, and better at English than I was at French.

When we walked in the first night, they didn't have our reservation. They found us a slightly smaller room then moved us to the room we reserved the following day. It was disconcerting at first, but really not a problem.

Honestly no complaints whatsoever. Convenient property, has cheerful and outstanding staff especially the manager. Brilliant and super location in a very quiet area, near to the main areas, and restaurants, bars and shops. Nearby Solferino - great place to chill out. A wide array of food in the hotel, attached restaurant.
